🛎️ Upon Arrival 🛎️

• Check-In: If our reception window is open, please check in there.

• If the window is closed, please text (708) 971-8179 with:

• “Your Name”

• “Arrived” or “Here”

• Restroom: Please use the restroom before we call you in.

• Appointment Timing: Your scheduled time does not guarantee your entry time, however, it does guarantee your service.

• We will call you in as soon as we are ready for you.

💳 Payments & Deposits 💳

ALL MALE INTIMATE WAX APPOINTMENTS REQUIRE FULL PRE-PAYMENT — NO EXCEPTIONS

• All male Brazilian & bikini services must be fully prepaid at the time of booking.

General Deposits & Payments

• A deposit is ALWAYS required to secure any appointment.

• Appointments booked without a deposit are not confirmed and may be canceled without notice.

Zelle & Cash Payments - New Process

• We no longer offer self-input Zelle or cash payment options.

• If you wish to pay via Zelle or Cash, you must contact us directly to schedule your appointment by calling or texting (708) 971-8179.

• Please note:

• We will take down your information, your desired appointment date & time, but your appointment will NOT be secured until your deposit is received.

• For cash payments, clients may visit us in person to pay their deposit in advance.

💡 No exceptions will be made for clients requesting cash or Zelle payments without prior arrangement.

⏰ Late Arrivals, Cancellations & No-Shows

Late Arrivals

• We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals.

• If you arrive later than this, your appointment will be canceled, and full payment will be required to rebook.

Cancellations & Reschedules

• We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations, reschedules, or appointment changes.

• Failure to provide 48 hours’ notice will result in:

📌 $30 late cancellation/reschedule fee (charged to your card on file or due before rebooking)

📌 Forfeited deposit/payment

• Clients may only reschedule the same appointment twice. After two reschedules, a new deposit will be required.

No-Show Policy

❗️ No-shows are strictly enforced.

❗️ If you fail to attend your appointment without notice:

❗️ Your card on file will be charged a $30 no-show fee.

❗️ Repeat no-shows will require full pre-payment for future bookings.

❗️ If this occurs again, we will require full payment for both the missed appointment and any future bookings.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate comments, behavior, or misconduct during intimate services.

Our licensed professionals are trained to provide waxing services in a professional, safe, and respectful manner. We understand that bodily responses such as sweating or anxiety are natural. If you have concerns, please communicate them — we are here to ensure your comfort.

• Appointments without a deposit are not confirmed.

• If no deposit is received, your appointment will be canceled and may be given to another client.

🔄 Refunds, Vouchers & Discounts

• All sales are final — We do not offer refunds or transfers.

• Coupons & Vouchers (e.g., Groupon):

➡️ We reserve the right to redeem your voucher if you cancel/reschedule late or no-show.

• No children under 12 are allowed to wait unattended in our reception area.

• To maintain a calm environment, no extra guests are permitted in the spa during your service.

🧼 Hygiene & Cleanliness🧼

Your safety is our priority. All tools are thoroughly sanitized between clients, and we use disposable items whenever possible to ensure a clean, sterile environment.

• For your health, safety, and to achieve the best results, we kindly ask that you arrive to your appointment with the intimate area, clean and fresh. Proper hygiene is crucial as waxing removes the hair from the roots, leaving the hair, follicles temporarily open and more susceptible to bacteria.
